What can I bring back for you?

I'm going over there to spend time with other business owners, Founders and CEOs from around the world. From what I can tell, my cohort is an impressive group of people from various industries - but many are familiar to us: financial planning, outsourcing, law firms, recruitment firms and tech firms. I can't wait.

As fate would have it, opportunities presented themselves as a result of relationships and experiences that I'd had the fortune of having.

To get to where I now am, and in order to support my CFOs in the best possible way, I invest a significant amount of time, energy and money, into both my personal and professional development. (Don't get me wrong, I have a day job! But I obsess about value, which means my development is an imperative, not an indulgence.)

Which is why I'm so excited to share with you, upon my return, the gold nuggets that will be most useful to you from the USA, where the state of California alone has a population greater than that of our beautiful country of Australia.

So...I have a question for you.

If I could bring one golden nugget back of wisdom or insight for you, what would it be?

My team is excited to have 6 business days where I will be out of the country and generally out of contact. They are, however, a little frightened at what ideas I might bring back, because they know the workload that will come from it! (Sound familiar?)

But, I'm not in the USA for a junket. I'm there to learn and grow, so I can bring that benefit back to my incredible CFOs back home.
